General Purchasing Conditions

The Archroma General Purchasing Conditions ("GPC") apply to all purchases of products, parts of products, goods, materials, equipment or any other item ("Products") and/or provided service ("Services") (Products and Services together "Supplies") from the person(s), firm or company ("Vendor") by an Archroma legal entity ("Archroma"). A "Contract" shall mean the Archroma purchase order as accepted or fulfilled by Vendor.
