Juliette joined Archroma in January 2019 and is now Order Fulfillment Manager for Chile & Argentina and SQM for the Maipu site.
“I joined the supply chain team in 2021, after a change of structure” she says, “It was a gradual change that led me to have a deeper understanding of supply chain, and the importance of good planning.”
Juliette's career path brought her in front of different challenges, that she has always faced with tenacity and great adaptability.
“When I became ambassador for our customer relationship management (CRM) tool in LATAM, I was in charge of training the entire sales team and customer service desk (CSD) of the region. However, I was still learning the tool myself, and now I had to go and teach it to a group of people!” she recalls.
“So, I prepared a lot, studied everything that I could and tried to give it my best. In the end, I knew I could count on the global CRM team to support me in achieving a great result.”
Juliette believes that teamwork is Archroma’s greatest assets. Her team is extremely varied in terms of countries, cultures and schedules, and Juliette is certain that this is a big added value.
“My co-workers have taught me that there are no borders to create a team that can function properly.” She explains “Here I have found a group of people who challenge and inspire me every day.”
Flexibility and determination are qualities that Juliette brings also to her personal life.
“I love baking, it’s something I have dedicated myself to since I was a girl, learning the first dishes from my grandmother. I like to prepare food for my loved ones, but sometimes things do not go as planned in the kitchen.” She tells us, “But even if things don’t always go as planned the first time, the key to success is perseverance.”
When we asked if she could share some personal wisdom to give to new recruits, she says
“Be open to listen and learn, be realistic, trust your gut, work hard and be honest.”
