Karine Nangia

Karine Nangia is Group Chief Human Resources Officer.

Ms. Nangia joined Archroma in 2016 as Global Head of Total Rewards, Mobility & Payroll, and has taken on several additional roles over the years including HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions and Head of HR for the Paper, Packaging & Coatings (PP&C) division and EMEA & Americas regions.

Prior to joining Archroma, Ms. Nangia has previously held various roles in HR with Warner Music International in London, Caterpillar in Geneva and Hay Group in Paris.

She holds a degree in International Business from NEOMA Business School, was raised in London. She speaks English, French and Spanish fluently.
